Mine came factory installed. I got it connected but looks like you can only view it while in the car. while the phone is connected wifi to the camera. I have not played with it much

I recommend getting the Garmin mini 2. I think it came out to $140 including the unit, memory card, and cover lens off Amazon.

The install is super easy for the front. A middle part of the rear view mirror plastic comes off easily. You can run the long power supply between the windshield towards the passenger side, then along the pillar, then back towards the bottom part of the windshield. Then run it to the center speaker/tray with the cigarette lighter behind the display. Ill take a pix later
