Help me pick a year and trim level - 2nd gen

Looking to upsize to a Sequoia from a 5th gen 4runner. Wanting to lift it approx 3" and looking for the best trim level to lift, probably no bags etc. Will likely end up with bumpers/skids/drawers/roofrack etc. Mostly used for exploring and towing an offroad trailer.

Think something like this but bigger.
