We are also struggling with the rear climate. Selecting the "head only" ducts still directs a significant amount of air to the foot area. Also, on very hot days, the rear climate takes "forever" to get comfortable. Dealer says it is working as designed. Big miss for Toyota on this one.
We still only have one key fob, so we are regularly pressing the #1 and #2 buttons for seat settings. As far as ECO mode, ours remains on that setting by default. I did not program anything special that I know of?
Agree that it looks great. I also purchased the stock cross rails for our Limited. I am surprised at the additional wind noise from just adding those rails. I am considering taking them off for long trips when we aren't using our Thule.

No major regrets, but.... BTW, mine is a stock 2023 Limited with 3k miles. First of all, love the powertrain and the performance. Also, love the infotainment with the JBL system. Only a few negatives to speak about.
