‘23 Limited w/ Extendable Mirrors: Excessive Water Sheer Over Side Windows

I have a ‘23 limited with the factory extendable towing side mirrors and live in the Pacific NW. When it rains here the water sheer that comes over the side windows is so excessive that I cannot use the side mirrors effectively (I don’t experience this with my other vehicles in similar weather). Has anyone else noticed this? I logged the concern with the Toyota customer support hoping they had a TSB. I’m also patiently waiting on a manufacturer to come out with side window deflectors in the hope that will help.

Welcome to the forum Jerad and congrats on the new Sequoia! Let us know if you are able to find a good solution for this.

This is what it looks like in light to moderate rain.

I have a 2023 Sequoia SR5 with Tow Mirror and I do not have this issue in the Florida showers.
My guess is that it is because I had the dealer apply the ResistAll (Ceramic coating to all exterior glass and body), which is what is probably dispersing the water differently than what is shown in your picture.
