The 2010 Toyota Sequoia comes with the fresh design styles and with new base engine. The model shares the features of the Tundra pickup truck from Toyota. The car comes in three different trim levels like the Platinum, SR5 and Limited models.


The new feature in the SR5 is the 4.6 liter V8 engine that produces 310 hp, which replaces the 4.7 liter V8 that produce 276 hp. The optional feature on the Limited and Platinum and optional on SR5 is 5.7 liter V8 engine that produce 381 hp. All the versions of Toyota Sequoia come with the six speed automatic transmission and are provided either with the four wheel drive or the rear wheel drive. As usual with its predecessor model, it comes with the towing capacity of 10,000 lb. the 4WD models with 5.7 liter V8 can run on gasoline or E85 ethanol blended fuel.

The Safety features in the vehicle include traction control, ABS, front side air bags, curtain side air bags that cover all the rows and the antiskid system. The telescopic and tilt steering column and the3-zone climate control are provided as standard in all the models. The standard on Platinum model and optional on the Limited model are the rear view camera, DVD entertainment system and the real time traffic information system.

The standard exclusive features on the Platinum model are cooled and heated front seats, load leveling suspension, heated second row seats and the power folding third row seats.
